After more than a decade of working at my previous firm, where at some point I did just about every job under the sun, I launched Dogwood alongside my good friend and business partner Eric. I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, and an Enrolled Agent. I also have served as a board member for the Greater Kansas City Financial Planning Association.
What I enjoy most about being a financial planner is getting to know the families who I work with and helping them see and think about money as a tool that can be used to build a truly fulfilling life.
I am a lifelong Kansas City resident, save the four years I spent in Springfield at Missouri State University. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Lauren. Together we have two amazing children, Remi Jo and Mick. If I wasn’t a financial planner, I’d probably be trying to find a way to make a living as a hunter, fisherman, and beer brewer.
